Refund policy

At Rare Snackz, we want you to enjoy every bite of our rare treats. Because we sell imported food products, please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1) Returns

  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on food products once they have been delivered.
  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

2) Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases of:

  • Products damaged during shipping
  • Wrong item received
  • Quality issues (e.g. expired or spoiled product)

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3) Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges for food items.
  • If eligible, we will issue a refund or send a replacement product at no extra cost.
