Shipping policy
1) Delivery area
- We currently deliver within Hong Kong only (no international shipping at this time).
- Deliveries are available to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories.
- We do not deliver to remote or outlying areas, including (but not limited to): Ma Wan, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, Hong Kong International Airport, and the Outlying Islands.
2) Delivery service
- Orders are fulfilled by trusted third-party couriers for fast and secure delivery.
3) Delivery timeframes
- Same-day delivery: Orders placed before 2:00 PM are usually delivered within 1β4 hours.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the following day.
- Deliveries operate 7 days a week, subject to courier availability, traffic, weather, and public holidays.
- Note: During peak periods or severe weather, delivery windows may extend.
4) Delivery fees
- Delivery fees are distance-based and calculated at checkout.
- Free delivery on orders above HKD 900 (order subtotal after discounts, before delivery fees).
- Surcharges (if any) for remote locations, stairs/no-lift access, or re-deliveries are shown at checkout or advised by the courier.
5) Order tracking
- Once dispatched, youβll receive a tracking link or notification to follow your order in real time.
6) Packaging & product care
- Snacks are packed securely to maintain freshness.
- Because chocolate is heat-sensitive, we use insulated packaging and cooling packs when needed.
- Please receive promptly to avoid melting, especially in hot weather.
7) Missed deliveries
- If youβre unavailable at the address, the courier will attempt to contact you by phone.
- If delivery fails, re-delivery charges may apply.
8) Cancellations & changes
- Orders can be cancelled or modified within 15 minutes of placement.
- After dispatch to the courier, cancellations arenβt possible.
